You may have forgotten your password or simply need to change it. If you are a clinic manager, you may also want to send new credentials to your team members.
The quickest way to resolve your issue is to select the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link on login main page.
Selecting the ‘Forgotten your password?’ option will send a randomly generated temporary password to the email address as detailed in your user account profile. If you don't receive the email within 30 minutes, check your spam or junk folders. Be mindful to ensure your Email and Pin Ref have been correctly entered on the login page. If you need to change your password, you can do so by selecting the ‘Set Password’ option from the settings menu. This option is used to change your password as the logged in user.
Passwords must follow a standard convention as follows:
As a clinic manager or an appointed person with correct privileges, you may be requested to, or required to reset access for a team member.
Select the ‘User Accounts’ option from the settings menu.
Next, select the user account from the available list. At the foot of the user account details is the option to send a new password.
Selecting this option will send a randomly generated temporary password to the email address as detailed in the user account profile. Once received, the target user will need to enter the temporary password, followed by supplying a new password.
